Shows one-line examples of some 800 to 1000 type faces, interspersed with coloured illuminated capitals. In the centre is reproduced a fragment of the lettering on the base of the Trajan Column in Rome, completed in 113 A.D. At the lower right is an explanation of the Linotron process, and an indication of other letterings available.
