Shows Seddon in regal attire followed by legislators, churchmen, suffragettes, military men etc. One man is carrying a flag printed with the words 'Seddonus ne plus ultra' and bearing an image of crossed pick and spade. Seddon's cloak is also printed with crossed picks and spades.
