Shows a general view of Albert Park park, with broad paths, and an ornate fountain in the right middle distance. Many people are strolling around the paths, including several women with parasols and some with pushchairs. The lawns are punctuated with beds of shrubs and flowers. A domed spire is visible in the right distance, and a windmill (Partington's Windmill) on the horizon at the centre.
