Description

The New Zealand Prime Minister, Helen Clark, dressed up as a man and wearing a moustache, begs to be allowed to speak on the Waitangi marae.

Maori activist Titewhai Harawira had previously prevented Clark from speaking on the marae at the official Waitangi Day celebrations, despite Clark's status, to make the point about Maori women not having speaking rights.
