Text printed in gothic type in 2 columns of interlineated text surround by a glossary on paper with watermarks including an eight-petalled flower (similar to Briquet 6605), crescent with cross (similar to Briquet 5227), and bulls head.

Signed, but signatures do not reflect the order of the quires ; they may represent the seven or eight presses at which the work proceeded. Leaves unnumbered.

Leaf [4r]. 337 x 200 mm; 73 lines of commentary; gothic 180? (head-lines and beginning of chapters), gothic 106 (text), gothic 92 (commentary), gothic 68 (interlineated commentary) ; initial spaces occupying 3,4,5,6 or 9 lines.
