The Alexander Turnbull Library SPC has vol. 4 only. Lacks leaves [235], [238] and [379-384], some leaves incomplete. Leaves [235] and [238] supplied in ms. Binding: 16th century vellum over pasteboards with blind-stamped centrepiece and double fillets at outer edges ; evidence of two ties, now lost, at fore-edge. Text block sewn on five double supports showing on spine as five raised bands; cross hatching at head and base of spine, with ms. date 1492 in bottom compartment. Endleaves watermarked with bird within circle, ms. leaf watermarked with pot device.

The Alexander Turnbull Library SPC copy. Provenance: rubricated initials alternately in red and blue throughout text, Latin marginalia in brown ink, now cropped. Armorial bookplate of Rev. Edmund Maturin (Franks 20015) with motto 'Minatur' ; ownership inscription in brown ink at head of first front flyleaf crossed out ; ownership inscription on t.p in black ink: 'Ex libris Iohan: Tinkler: M.A. / A.D. 1863,' with his pencil drawings of watermarks on the facing page, and comment that two leaves have been supplied in ms., and signed 'John Tinkler.' Deposited in the ATL on permanent loan from the Bible Society in New Zealand in 1978. Some browning of pages, waterstains ; top fore-edge corner torn off on leaves a1-a6, with repairs to leaf a1, and missing text supplied in ms. on leaf a3; tear in centre of page on leaf g5. Acc. 343524.
