The Alexander Turnbull Library SPC copy lacks leaves [1-2], [9], [190-193], [445-456]. Binding: mottled calf over pasteboards; spine with 5 raised bands, gold tooled in decorated compartments, red and green morocco spine labels in 2nd and 3rd compartments; gold tooled edges; decorated endpapers in red and blue striped and floral design; red text edges. Spine title: Biblia sacra. 1478. Wormed at base of spine.

The Alexander Turnbull Library SPC copy. Provenance: Rubricated initials in most spaces alternately red or blue, some initials in red and blue; some paragraph marks in red; illuminated initial on a4v in gold and colours. Purchased by the Bible Society from A. Clemas in 1933; deposited in the ATL on permanent loan by the Bible Society in New Zealand, 1978. Typed bibliographic description tipped onto front endpaper, bibliographic description in pencil on front flyleaf. Staining prominent on b7 and 2n1-2n2; minor browning; some water stains; worming sometimes affecting text as far as b3 with some holes repaired; leaf b1 and v2 loose; 2n7, 2n8, 2q, tear extending into text repaired.
