Canvas boards, embroidered with gold and silver threads and coloured silks, large medallion with raised silver frame containing large red and blue embroidered flower with variegated leaves to centre of each cover. Spines similarly decorated with flowers in silver. Gilt text edges gauffered with design of interlocking curves. In beige linen clamshell box. Provenance: purchased by the ATL from Sokol Books, September 2007. Acc. 363512
