The Alexander Turnbull Library SPC copy: Binding: Contemporary binding of black morocco, elaborately gold tooled to a panel design with central lozenge; smooth spine elaborately gold tooled; evidence of ties now missing at fore-edge; gold tooled edges and turn-ins; marbled paper pastedowns, cream endpapers; gilt text edges. Housed in 19th-century oak case, with catch lock, lined with purple velvet with brown morocco label, gold tooled. Binding attributed to Hugh Hutchinson (fl.1650) on case; but most probably bound in Cambridge, possibly by John Houlden of Cambridge. Title on case: Bible, Common Prayer and Psalms, 1638.
