The Alexander Turnbull Library SPC copy. Binding: 1/4 pigskin, ornate blind tooled design, gold tooled spine title, bevelled wooden boards with flecking (possibly beech), brass clasps and catches. Spine title: Gregorius.

The Alexander Turnbull Library SPC copy lacks final blank leaf. Provenance: letter Q on leaf a2r occupying 6 lines, illuminated in gold, blue, red, green and yellow, with foliage extending into the inner and upper margins. Letter R on leaf c2r occupying 16 lines, illuminated in gold, silver, blue, red, green and yellow, with foliage extending into the inner and upper and lower margins. Other initials, paragraph marks, initial strokes, and underlinings in red. Ms. inscription on verso of 1st leaf: Sum B: Maris Virginij in Rottenbuch. Bookplate on upper pastedown "Ex Libris E.C. Simpson" ; armorial bookplate "Ex Libris Walter Ambrose Harding, Madingley Hall". Purchased by the ATL at Dunbar Sloane auction 22 April 2009, lot 89.
