The first part after the kalendar is based on: English Church (Geneva, Switzerland). The forme of prayers and ministration of the Sacraments, &c. used in the Englishe Congregation at Geneva. The Psalmes of David" (caption title), the Sternhold and Hopkins version, has separate register. The tunes are harmonised by Edward Millar. Cf. ESTC.
