Description: Most of the windows are of geometric design using unpainted coloured glass. Many of these windows have realistically painted inserts depicting birds on leafy branches -- some of them native birds, and in one case the head and upper body of a woman in a classical style. All of the windows are in styles originating in the late 19th century. Quantity: 24 colour original transparency/ies.

Description: Transparency slides of New Zealand, some purchased and some taken by Mr E G Williams' (Edmund Gardner Williams'). Purchased slides (14 unnumbered slides following no. 975) were in part produced by "Rangi Slides". The first two slides show samples of kauri gum, and no. 975 shows the Franz Josef Glacier terminal face. The following 13 slides show New Zealand birds with the 14th one showing flowers of the native kaka beak. Slides on this sheet are numbered 972-975, with no. 974 removed for Mr Williams lecture series which are filed in a separate sequence. Followed by 14 unnumbered slides. Arrangement: Mr Williams transferred slide (no. 974) showing aerial topdressing at Holmridge farm (Waihue), as part of a representative collection on New Zealand which he used in lecture series on his return to England. This sheet of slides contains numbered slides 972, 973 and 975, with a note saying "End of numbered slides". These are followed by 13 purchased slides of New Zealand birds and one of native kaka beak flower. Quantity: 17 colour original transparency/ies slides. Physical Description: Dye coupler slides, 35mm
