Description: Includes site plan (includes the site of a proposed museum), floor plan and two versions of a subdivision scheme. This plan for the Historic Places Trust, for preserving this 1867 cottage was not proceeded with, and the wattle and daub cottage was demolished in 1986. The Library also holds diazo print plans at Plans-97-026-001/004. The cottage was occupied by William Jenkins (1813-1902) by 1867. His wife Pairoke had died in 1853, and Jenkins and his second wife and many children lived in Wharemauku, Porirua, and Wairarapa, before settling in Otaki. Quantity: 4 plan(s).
