Description: Examines the links between Nga Rauru of Patea and Ngati Wehiwehi of Otaki which are the result of family connections. The project includes interviews David Marino, Grace Moffatt, Raynor Gibb, Wallace (Wally) O'Conner, Margaret Walsh and Rona Broughton. The interviewees also discuss Te Reo Maori, family and adoption and give a picture of Maori life from about 1915 to the 1950s.
