Description: Surveyed cadastral map of Henry Street, Ebdentown, Upper Hutt, showing numbered sections with acreage. Shows the old road, and part of the Hutt River Road. The map has been divided in two sections so it could be fitted on the one sheet. The division is through Section 40 and the map extension includes a part Section No. 121 of over 15 acres, showing the old course and the 1886 course of the Hutt River. Also includes miscellaneous entries relevant to farm stock and sales, family letters, including one original letter (1882) from E M Rollo to Mrs Louisa S Fitchett (mother of Ashton Fitchett). Description: Cadastral map of numbered subdivisions with acreages and boundary measurements, between Norna Crescent and Karori Road, now known as Raroa Road, and Mertoun Terrace in Highbury, Wellington. The adjacent sections are numbers 29 and 28, where a wire boundary fence is marked. The majority of sections are stamped 'Sold', some include values in pounds sterling. Names include Mr. Traub's house, Parkes, Kersley, Sandholmn, A. Geary, Ewerne, Hanify, Paul. Some names are indecipherable. Values of subdivisions 150/153 and 169/170 are noted as 275 pounds sterling. Subdivision 168 is valued at 147.5 pounds sterling. Tubes are marked, possibly referring to drainage.
