Description: Shows Prime Minister David Lange as a rugby referee trying to tell the All Blacks "STOP!! For the sake of civil order, schoolboy rugby, the cricket tour, the Commonwealth Games and the Glen Eagles Agreement... I command you to stop...! In the interests of fair play, the oppressed black people, and New Zealand's good name... not to mention my next African safari...!".
