Includes acreages and boundary measurements. Sections 313 and 314 include C.T. numbers and are part of D.P. 240. Names include W. Hodson, F. & C.S. Cording, P.Chetwood Watt, E. S. Quinlan, Education Board which is currently the site of Clyde Quay School. The plan for alterations, for Mr. L. Quinlan, (builder) for a residence at 32 Brougham Street includes faint outlines of the original building. The adjacent sections are numbers 29 and 28, where a wire boundary fence is marked. The majority of sections are stamped 'Sold', some include values in pounds sterling. Names include Mr. Traub's house, Parkes, Kersley, Sandholmn, A. Geary, Ewerne, Hanify, Paul. Some names are indecipherable. Values of subdivisions 150/153 and 169/170 are noted as 275 pounds sterling. Subdivision 168 is valued at 147.5 pounds sterling. Tubes are marked, possibly referring to drainage.
