Description: Two rows of women with poi, front row kneeling and back row standing. Their tag cloaks are folded on the ground in front. They are wearing piupiu over white skirts and [bracken?] draped over their bodice. The man at the far end is holding a taiaha,and the man at the left is holding a patu and wearing a feather cloak (kahu huruhuru). Taken at Kaiwhaiki, ca 1900 by William Henry Thomas Partington.
