Description: The cartoon shows an English rugby player whose head is jammed between a pair of huge breasts belonging to a blond woman standing behind him. Context: English rugby player Mike Tindall, who is the husband of the Queen's granddaughter Zara Phillips was videoed behaving in a compromising manner with a blond woman during the Rugby World Cup. The unidentified woman was seen kissing the England captain's head as she pulled it down towards her breasts.
