Description: Copies of two approved district scheme maps of the Borough of One Tree Hill, dated 12th. October 1965. The subject of Map 1 is zoning, roading & reserves. Residential, commercial and industrial zones are marked. Public utilities and services are named and referred to in a reference key. The subject of Map No. 2 includes miscellaneous information additional to that shown on District Scheme Map No. 1. These are building lines, positions of intersections and streets to be deviated. Each map has a statement of approval which includes signatures of the Mayor, two councillors and the town clerk. "Approved District Scheme" is prominently written above the signed statement on each map. Date taken from statement of approval.
