Context - Winston Peters has announced that he is standing for parliament again but PM John Key has said that he will not be part of any Government that includes Winston Peters. "If Winston Peters holds the balance of power," Key said this week, "it will be a Phil Goff-led Labour government." But Labour is unlikely to embrace him either.
