Description: Shows John Key attempting to silence Hekia Parata who is holding papers about class size. Behind Key is John Banks who has been put under a blanket. Banks is accompanied by a headless man with a suitcase of money and his friend Mr Crimp. Context: Parata has been criticised for National government plans to increase class sizes and fire teachers.
