The residents eagerly ask "Repair the Town Hall Auditorium?" and the engineer holds up a picture and replies "No!... The Town Hall auditorium toilets!" Refers to the Christchurch City Council unveiling a repair strategy and new designs for the $127.5 million restoration of the earthquake-damaged Town Hall.
