Description: View of Orakei Beach (now part of Tamaki Drive) looking east towards Bastion Point. Tents are erected along the base of the cliff and people are wading in the sea, walking along the beach and standing on the rocky foreshore. Houses at Biddicks Bay can be seen in the distance. Taken by William A Price ca 1910. Inscriptions: Photographer's title on negative - bottom left - Orakei Beach. Auckland.
