Description: The Mayor of Auckland, Len Brown, claiming that he has 'another plan', is held at the bottom of a ruck consisting of Rodney Hide, Gerry Brownlee, Bill English and John Key, who urges them to 'hold him down, for Chrissake!'. In April 2013 the draft Unitary Plan for Auckland City was announced by the government, specifically the Minister of Local Government, Gerry Brownlee, the Minister of Finance, Bill English and Rodney Hide, the architect of the Auckland City reorganisation, over the objections of the mayor and many citizens.
