Description: Map of Akitio station from the coast includes the Akitio River to the Puketoi range to the boundary between the Wellington and Hawkes Bay districts. Donald Mclean's land is divided into two areas, one marked 'purchased land' and the second shaded area 'estimated contents ac. 10.000'. Two pencilled notes refer to the estimated acreage of the shaded area as 8,500 rather than 10,000 acres.
