Description: Regatta at Raglan, showing a crowd of peopleon the wharf, small boats in centre foreground, and a hotel centre left. Photograph taken by P.H.W, probably Philip Henry Watkins, storekeeper and post master of Te Mata. He is the only person with those initials listed in the Electoral Roll for that period, and in that locality, also listed in Wise's Post Office Directory between 1898 and 1924.
