Description: Manuscript map with cadastral information showing land offered for sale by Aperahawa, Raharuha and party, north of Devon Road between the Waiongana and the Mangaoraka Streams, Waitara, New Plymouth. Shows the boundary continuing along Pakohenui River and Pukeowaka, two areas of land 'left to Whaitere', the Port Nicholson boundary, Ngahuinga settlement, Mahoetahi Pa, Manukau, Morere, Bele Block, Hua Block, te Putaatutonga and the beach.
