Discusses staff changes in library management and the retirement of Wally Christiansen. Talks about David Sherry, the Queen Street march 1978, Focus magazine, the Electoral Act, the Foundation Board of Trustees, national conferences, the Charter for the Blind Act, the International Federation of the Blind and Gladys White.
