Description: Manuscript map of the Borough of Napier as at 1899 including the Tutae o Mahu Block and the Pukeroa Block, Tareha's [Maori] Reserve, Tareha's bridge, the Tutaekuri River, mud flats and the Napier-Taradale Road. The Spit Railway Station and the Napier Railway Station are shown. Land edged in red is the land described in the third schedule to the Napier Harbour Board Amendment and Endowment Improvement Act of 1897 and refered to in the Bill. Land edged in green is land described in the fourth schedule to the Act of 1887 and referred to in the bill. The land coloured yellow is the land described in the schedule to the above bill. Accompanying note is a three page document regarding the Bill. Stamped 'General Assembly Library'. 'Approved Eric L Gold Smith, 27.6.99'. Signed 'Arthur A Kennedy, Authorised Surveyor Napier.'
