Context: By November 2012, England and New Zealand had met in 35 rugby test matches, but England had only won six of those. On 2 December 2012, England defeated New Zealand 38 to 21, earning their seventh win against the All Blacks and ending what had otherwise been an undefeated season for New Zealand.
