Description: Surveyed cadastral map of coastal sections in Raumati, between the old coach road and the main coach road from Wellington to Foxton, including Matai Road. The sections are bounded by the Wellington Manawatu Railway and the sea. Sections are numbered with acreage. Several small residential sections have been subdivided along the foreshore, while the remainder of sections are over 28 acres each. Includes survey trig measurements. Map includes a validity statement by the surveyor, and includes his name in pencil, but is unsigned. Includes several pencil annotations. According to annotations, some of the land is owned by Bowman and Phillips by 1914. Includes inset of part of the Wharemauku Stream, between Raumati and Matatua roads.
