There are also an old photograph of W Stack's Hotel in Hastings with men and horses outside (in poor condition); a woman in what may be a 1930 Chrysler Plymouth with another snow away from the tyres; the gravestone of Julius von Haast; Queen's Wharf, Wellington showing a recently returned troop transport ship; an orchestra performing at the 1907 Christchurch exhibition; men of the No. 19 Platoon with a car at the summit of the Rimutakas; postcard from P B Davis to Mr A French showing a group of First World War soldiers with the message that they are about to leave for France; and six children at the base of a large Maori carving with a bell attached at Ohinemutu.
