Description: Photographs of various ships in Lyttelton Harbour, 1903-1907. Most likely photographed by Butcher. Contains an image of Antarctic exploration vessel 'Discovery' and a larger series of 'HMS Euryalus'. Also unidentified British war ships (labelled "A" and "B"). On board images feature gun turrets and Lascar seamen. Single images also relate to a regatta, the ship [M-ng?], and damage to the schooner 'Jessie Nicol' following a collision.
