Description: Photographs relating to the Canterbury earthquakes of 2010 and 2011 taken 17 June 2011 by Ross Becker. Particularly images taken in Sumner but also many in Redcliffs and some in Phillipstown, Ferrymead, and Avonside. The images chiefly show exterior damage to commercial and public buildings, and houses, and include images of the Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament in Barbadoes Street. Also many images of liquefaction, particularly at the Avon Heathcote Estuary. Also images of: Woolston Community Library, Sumner Library and Council building and houses perched on collapsed cliffs at Sumner and Redcliffs.
