Smoke and flames labelled, 'Novopay' rise from the building, as Parata says, 'I didn't do it.' Refers to ongoing controversy over the Novopay school payroll system, implemented in August 2012, with 96% of New Zealand schools experiencing problems with the payroll system as of February 2013. Parata was one of the ministers who allowed the system to go forward, despite warnings that there were 147 known software defects which could create payroll errors going forward.
