Description: A small fenced stockade in a clearing, surrounded by large tree trunks. There are two buildings inside the stockade's fencing, both small. According to Elsdon Best - "Stake stockade at Taita near Mr. Mason's house. built about 1846". Mr Mason was gardener Thomas Mason Other Titles - Stake stockade at Taita near Mr Mason's house, built about 1846.
