Description: Drawn on a published map, the annotations depict extended river and partially smooth water limits into the sea. No reference key is included. Great Barrier Island is oulined in red with a prominent marking of Port Tryphena, also the area including Junction and Anvil islands, the False and Wellington Heads to Separation Point. Extended river and partially smooth water limits include the area marked by a red line from the Takatau Peninsula to Shearer Rock across to Cabbage Bay and around the Coromandel Peninsula. The mouth of the Mahurangi Harbour entrance is prominently marked. This map is numbered 29 in red ink on the top right corner. Base map: Bream Head to Tepaki Point including Hauraki Gulf / surveyed by Captain W. Pudsey Dawson. London: The Admiralty, 1906, updated 1907.
