Description: 26 ft mullet boat Celox sailing on Waitemata Harbour. Photograph taken ca 1915 by James Hutchings Kinnear of Auckland. Celox was built in 1908 by the Logan Brothers of Auckland for W Percy. The photograph was taken after November 1914, when the permanent regisrtration number that she is carrying was assigned. At this time she was owned by Messrs George & Couldrey, hence her racing flag, the cross of St George. (Information from Robin Elliott, 25 October 2000). Quantity: 1 b&w original negative(s).
