Description: View of the The Cuddy, a small wooden house with a thatched roof and a chimney made of sun-dried bricks on one side, owned by the Studholme family. The Cuddy is a typical example of the first homes of the early settlers of 1850s-1860s. Built by Michael Studholme in 1854 from a single totara tree.
