Description: Panoramic view looking down over the Manawatu River in the foreground. The road (heading from the Woodville Ferry Reserve towards Ashhurst) runs from far left centre past a house. An advertisement for "The new Essex Super Six", 'Andersen & Hansen Service Station' is on the road by the house. The road then crosses a bridge and winds along the curve of the hill on the far side. On the near side of the house there is also a section of railway line which can also be seen on a bend on the right hand side further along in the centre right middle distance.
