Description: Scene at Sulphur Beach, Northcote, North Shore, Auckland, in the late 1890s with Auckland city in the background. Shows 10 children playing at the water's edge in and around a dinghy. Rita Boyd is on the dinghy, 2nd child from left, seated. Sitting next to her is Kit Boyd. Also included are: Ruby Butler, P Ward and Bertie (Butler?). Photograph taken by William Price. Note on back of file print reads "from postcard held by A E Miskins, AT 13/12/4, 28 April 1990: Dear Kit, I am sending you this p.c. of me and you. It was taken before you went to Paeroa. [....], Ruby Butler, P Ward, Bertie But[ler] and me and you. This is all I got to say. The one with the cross is me and the one with the tick is you.
