Description: View of Arkles Bay taken from the jetty looking along the beach. `Kia Ora House' is just visible behind the trees at the far end of the beach, and other buildings can be seen near the beachfront. A flagpole can be seen at the north end of the beachfront. Two women are standing on the jetty looking up at the photographer. Taken by William A Price in early 1900s. Inscriptions: Photographer's title on negative - bottom left - Arkle's Bay. Auckland. No 3529. William Archer Price lived and practised in Queen Street, Northcote, 1909-1910.
