Description: View of the bay taken from the beachfront looking towards the jetty at the northern end of the bay and the southern side of the Whanaparaoa Peninsula. Adults are sitting on a boat on the foreshore and children are playing near a boat at the water's edge. A woman is lying on the grass on the beachfront in the immediate foreground on the left (partially obscured). Taken by William A Price in early 1900s.
