Description: Cadastral map showing numbered sections for sale on Customhouse Quay, Lambton Quay, and Harbour Street, Lambton Harbour, Wellington, part surveyed, with sections already sold highlighted blue. Also shown are the reserves for Customs and Post Office, Society of Oddfellows building, government reserve, Scotch Kirk, 'Noah's ark', Plimmer's Wharf, and the new wharf. Some sections show position of dwelling on the property. In the bottom corner of the map is a 'schedule of upset prices of allotment'.
