Context: During the Wales vs. New Zealand test match on November 24th 2012, All Blacks hooker Andrew Hore swung his right arm, hitting Welsh lock Bradley Davies hard in the jaw from behind and knocking him unconscious in the first minute of the game. Davies was hospitalised and suffered short term memory loss as a result. Hore received a five game suspension, which sparked controversy for being too lenient.
