Michael Cullen asks if he hit any foreign investors and the co-pilot says that he hit mostly local shareholders. Refers to the bid by Canada Pension Plan Investment Board for 40 per cent of the outstanding shares in Auckland International Airport at a price of $3.65 for each share acquired. But the government has introduced a special regulation that imposes a foreign-ownership control test on the country's "major strategic assets," including Auckland Airport.
