Description: Sections one and two of an eight-part panorama. Judges Bay on the left and Rangitoto on the right in the background. In the foreground, a cluster of buildings with the largest identified as the Bishop's residence, a two-storied stone building. The building on the right containing the Maori adult school, weaving room and surgery is also two-storied and is half-timbered in mock Tudor style.
