Description: Te Uku Post Office. A wooden building with a corrugated iron roof, and wide verandah, which could be a house with the office in a room on the left. There is a sign above a posting flap which reads "Money Orders Office" and "Post Office Savings Bank" and "V R Post Office Letter Box". Several people are seated on the front step of the verandah. Taken 1 August 1910 by 'G Bros', probably Gilmour Brothers of Raglan. Inscriptions: Photographer's title on negative - bottom left - Post Office. Te Uku, Raglan.
