Description: Scouts lining up on Queen Street by Northcote Wharf. They are on parade for the presentation at the flagstaff at Stokes Point in 1908 for the establishment of the Borough. The scouts are holding staffs and a few are carrying flags. Men and women are walking down the steps from a road above and people are standing beside a horse-drawn bus near the wharf. Auckland city can be seen in the distance across Waitemata Harbour. Photograph taken by William A Price.
